Its particularly unique efforts that contribute to the promotion of sustainable tourism are introduced below.
Canned water is provided instead of plastic bottled water, and water servers are installed. The amenities in rooms are also made of plastic-saving products, and the packing materials are made of paper.
“KANAZAWA SAINONIWA HOTEL” has engaged in conservation activities for the Onosho canal on its premises. It has joined the ‘Ishikawa Our Town Adopt System’ and is involved in cleanup and decorative flower activities in the area around the hotel. Items and meals made in the region have been actively incorporated, and traditional local cuisine and dishes using locally produced ingredients have been offered. In addition, the charm of locally produced ingredients is described on posters and is conveyed when serving customers.
